Fire of London Day in Class 2
Tue 03 Dec 2019Class 2 had a very busy day today making candles, knot biscuits, sweet-smelling bags, rats, writing with quills and weaving...just in the morning! We couldn't have done it without the support of mums and dads who kindly gave up their morning to work with us. Thank you so much for your help. We spent the afternoon making houses, meeting Samuel Pepys and some drama activities. The children looked amazing. Thank you for providing them with great costumes!

Class 2 visit the Fire Station
Mon 25 Nov 2019We had a fun afternoon visiting the Fire station learning about what fire fighters do today. We looked at the equipment, went in the fire engine and got to use the hose pipe. Thank you for arranging the visit Mr Cole.

School Council from Haydon Abbey Visit
Thu 21 Nov 2019Members of School Council from Haydon Abbey came to visit today. Pupil Parliament gave them a tour of the school. They then enjoyed a PE session with Mr McGeeney and decorated Christmas biscuits together.

Non-Fiction Day
Fri 15 Nov 2019On Thursday 7th November Waddesdon Village Primary School celebrated Non-Fiction Day. Pupils brought in their favourite non-fiction book and shared it with another class.
