  • Class 4 Visit to Forest School

    Tue 27 Feb 2018

    Class 4 went to Forest School yesterday (26th Feb). The children enjoyed orienteering, solving fractions, measuring tree stumps, estimating how far they can throw a ball, building a bridge and singing songs.

    The children also enjoyed toasting their own marshmallows and of course, eating them!

  • Class R Visitors

    It was an exciting morning in Class R today, it seems that during the night there were some visitors to our room. We had great fun working out how big the dinosaurs could have been that came, by measuring their footprints and their height on the playground. A diplodocus is still taller than all of Class R!
  • Class 4 Anglo Saxon Day

    Tue 20 Feb 2018 Miss Harding
    Class 4 become Anglo-Saxon craft workers and created their own brooches using clay and gems! Then they became archaeologists and discovered some Anglo Saxon poo! They then excavated the poo and discovered what Anglo-Saxons ate back in 455-899AD. The children had a wonderful time as you can see!
  • Valentine's Cake Sale

    PAWS and Pupil Parliament had a cake sale today. Thank you for all the donations of cakes and those of you who bought some. Although it was very cold, Pupil Parliament had great fun managing the stall. Thanks to PAWS for organizing it and thanks to Class 2 who made many posters  to advertise the event!

  • Forester visit to Class 2

    Mr Leach came to talk to us today about his job as a forester. We got to see inside a hornet's nest too. Both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed the visit and learnt lots of interesting facts.
  • Beauty and The Beast Production and Charity mufti day

    Our week ended with a Friday packed full of fun! We enjoyed wearing our mufti clothes today;thank you for your kind donations to Cancer Research UK. M & M Productions thoroughly entertained us with a wonderful performance of Beauty and the Beast this afternoon.
  • Class R - Space Day

    Class R, have had a great day making space biscuits, learning more about gravity and playing space games. The children looked absolutely amazing in their costumes.
