  • Macmillan Coffee Morning 2018

    On 28th September 2018, Waddesdon Village Primary School was proud to host a coffee morning in order to support Macmillan's biggest fundraising event.

    Our coffee morning and end-of-day cake sale were a huge success. The children in school supported the charity by wearing their own clothes.

    We raised £575! Thank you for your support.

  • Class 2 Forest School

    Class 2 enjoyed Forest School today. 

    We looked for clues using a map to help us get to where we needed to be. After that we searched for pine cones to make our woodland creatures. During free time we made dens, made our own campfire, a boat, see saw and found lots of minibeasts. 

  • Gardening Club produce

    We had a very busy first gardening club of the year harvesting vegetables. There were so many tomatoes that we donated them to Fresh Start and they were served in the salad bar last week. They were very sweet and delicious. Members of the gardening club got to take some home. I hope you enjoyed them!  

  • Our new House Captains

    During the elections last Friday, candidates explained to the members of their house why they would be suitable for this responsible role and children from Classes 1 to 6 voted for their chosen represenatative. The successful House Captain and Vice Captain for each of our four new Houses (Ascott, Claydon, Hartwell and Mentmore) were announced in yesterday's assembly. Well done to all of the Class 6 children who stood for election.
