  • Pupil Parliament visit Haydon Abbey School in Aylesbury

    Haydon Abbey is our link school. Pupil Parliament went to visit on Thursday to find out more about what opportunities they have and learn more about what the School Council do there. We had lunch with them, a tour of the school and then enjoyed a forest school session.

    Congratulations to Claydon House for achieving the most house points this half term. The winning children enjoyed their choice of activities: Christmas crafts, computers or outside sport.

    Reverend Cruddas visited Class 4 on Tuesday and we made our Christingles. We learnt about all the different parts of the Christingle and what they represent.
  • Ukulele Club

    Mr Mitchener has been running a ukulele club after school. Children at the club performed to Mrs Leslie and Miss Forchione and played a range of songs including Jingle Bells and Frère Jacques. They were very excited to share their musical talents and should be very proud of their progress over the last half-term.

  • Class 2 Fire Fighter Visit

    On Friday, Sonny's dad came to visit the class to talk to us about his job and what fire fighters wear today. We talked to Mr Pennick about what we know about the Fire of London and enjoyed looking at some of the clothes and equipment firefighters use today.
