  • Class 2 visit the Fire Station

    We had a fun afternoon visiting the Fire station learning about what fire fighters do today. We looked at the equipment, went in the fire engine and got to use the hose pipe. Thank you for arranging the visit Mr Cole.

  • School Council from Haydon Abbey Visit

    Members of School Council from Haydon Abbey came to visit today. Pupil Parliament gave them a tour of the school. They then enjoyed a PE session with Mr McGeeney and decorated Christmas biscuits together.

  • Non-Fiction Day

    On Thursday 7th November Waddesdon Village Primary School celebrated Non-Fiction Day. Pupils brought in their favourite non-fiction book and shared it with another class. 

  • Victorian Creative Writing at Stowe House

    Fri 15 Nov 2019
    On Tuesday 5th November Class 5 visited Stowe House to take part in a Victorian creative writing workshop. Pupils took a tour of the house (now a boarding school) and learnt about its Victorian history as well as a very special visit from Queen Victoria herself!

    Class 6 have enjoyed a memorable day learning more about the Maya Civilization with the help of Big Nose.

  • Memorial Service

    Mrs Arnaud, Kiya and Kelsea represented the staff and children of Waddesdon Village Primary School at the Remembrance Service on Sunday 10th November 2019. They laid a wreath of remembrance poppies at the memorial in the village.
