Roald Dahl Festival - Saturday 1st July 2017

On Saturday 1st July, some of the children from Waddesdon Village Primary School took part in the Roald Dahl Festival.

 

Prior to the event, Mrs Dempsey, spent her time supporting the children to create fantastical beasts that could be carried around Aylesbury Town Centre. Thank you Mrs Dempsey - our artwork was praised by many people in the crowds! We had spiders, stick insects and more (they are displayed in our entrance hall - please take a look).

 

Thank you to all of the children who took part - you did a fantastic job of representing the school. A BIG thank you to all of the staff who supported on the day: Mr Perks, Mrs Smith, Mrs Inkpen, Mrs Dempsey and Mrs Saw.
