Assemblies at WVPS
At Waddesdon Village Primary School, our whole school are linked to the school values, British values and major religious festivals celebrated at that time of year.
Our Reading Rocket Challenge recognises children who are reading a wide variety of books. These children are celebrated in assembly once they have achieved a bronze, silver and gold award. More information can be found on the 'Reading Rocket Challenge' page of our website.
On a Friday we have our whole school celebration assembly where we recognise the achievements of our children both in school and outside of school who are making their way along the 'Pathway to Excellence'. Writing, reading and maths awards are presented to children who have excelled in these areas in the previous week.
