Our Parent and Carer Survey provides us with vital information regarding how you as parents and carers feel about your child’s education and the school.
We are always pleased to receive positive and constructive feedback which helps us identify our good practice and areas for development.
Each year, we ask for your feedback to help us make sure we are providing the best standard of education for your child/children. Rather than repeat the same survey, in July 2025, we gathered your thoughts on our current approach to behaviour.

94% of parents feel that behaviour at Waddesdon Village Primary School is good and that there are clear routines and expectations in place.
Many parents felt that the rainbow and points reward schemes worked well with their children, particularly younger pupils.
Some parents spoke positively about the use of 'zones of regulation' with their children and how this has had a positive impact.
Many felt that children responded well to awards/ certificates given out in assembly for achievement and effort. | Some parents felt that older children lost their enthusiasm for the rainbow system as they reached the top of the school.
Some parents commented that they would like it to be made clearer about how persistent challenging behaviour is dealt with.
A parent suggested opportunities for pupils to reflect on their behaviour choices to be embedded in the behaviour policy more.
