Prospective Parents - Intake for September 2026
Hello and welcome to our page for those of you who may choose Waddesdon Village Primary School for your child in September.
As school applications will begin shortly you may be deciding if this school is the one for you.
We are pleased to be able to offer school tours for families of children who are starting in Reception in September 2025.
There are two dates available:
- Dates to be confirmed July 2025
You will receive a tour of the school, including the Reception Class and school facilities and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Tour groups are limited to 26 people and therefore we kindly ask that a maximum of 2 people per family attend to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to visit.

Primary School Admission Dates (exact dates to be confirmed by Buckinghamshire Council):
| November 2025 | Online applications open for primary school places (Reception and Moving to Junior School) |
| January 2026 | Deadline to submit your child's application |
| January 2026 | Deadline for address evidence if you’re moving into or within Buckinghamshire |
| April 2026 | School offer day |
| July 2026 | School transition (for children to visit their new school) |
| September 2026 | The new school year starts |

Applications for places in the Reception year for children should be made via Buckinghamshire Council website here.
