Our Parent and Carer Survey provides us with vital information regarding how you as parents and carers feel about your child’s education and the school.
We are always pleased to receive positive and constructive feedback which helps us identify our good practice and areas for development.
Each year, we ask for your feedback to help us make sure we are providing the best standard of education for your child/children.
Parent and Carer Survey Headlines 2025–2026
In 2025/2026, we implemented a new 'Behaviour and Relationship' policy across the school which was informed by current research and consultation of all stakeholders, including: staff, pupils, parents and governors. In order to evaluate the impact of this change in policy, we gathered your thoughts on our new approach.

100% of parents agreed or strongly agreed that behaviour was generally good at Waddesdon Village Primary School. The majority of parents felt that Class Dojo was being used effectively to celebrate pupils' behavioural choices, learning behaviours and achievements. 92% of parents felt that 'Rest and Reset Zones' were being used to support their children's emotional regulation needs if required. The majority of parents felt that the new Behaviour and Relationship policy was being used fairly and consistently. 92% of parents felt that reported incidents of bullying were dealt with quickly by staff and inline with policy. |
A few parents felt that children needed to have a better understanding of the positive choices they were making, to ensure that choices were not just being made for rewards. Continue to embed our approach to ensure all staff are consistently following policy. |
